Price list

The prices are for one to two persons.
Local tax: 2,50 € per person and day (from 14 years)
Minimum stay is 3 or 5 nights. For a shorter stay we reserve the right to charge an extra fee after consultation.

Equipment of our holiday apartments

• Completely wood-panelled, wooden floor, natural stone floor (granite of the nearby Pfitsch valley) in the bathroom and natural stone worktop in the kitchen
• Large south-facing and covered balcony with seating and a table – panoramic view included!
• Bathroom with shower and WC, underfloor heating, hand soap and hairdryer
• W-Lan 24/7 
• The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, utensils and textiles: Induction hob including matching pans and saucepans (lids with strainer function), pan splash guard, dishwasher with detergent, fridge with freezer compartment and ice cube tray, coffee machines (filter coffee machine with filter bags and mocha), sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses, various kitchen aids, salad bowls, cutlery and spinner, cheese grater, kettle, kitchen knife, chopping board, salt and pepper as well as sugar and toothpicks, measuring jug, water carafe, tea towels, kitchen roll and sponge cloth as well as washing-up liquid and cling film.
• For both flats there is a hand mixer with whisk and dough hook, blender, spaetzle planer and citrus press.

The price includes bed linen, hand and bath towels, tea towels, final cleaning as well as heating, water and electricity. We also provide our guests with hiking maps and information material about the Wipptal/Sterzing region as well as selected books and nature guides.

As the entire area of the holiday flats has natural wooden flooring, street shoes must be removed in the entrance area. We provide slippers for the duration of your stay.

We are also happy to offer a guided tour of the farm. On request, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee, the use of the outdoor laundry hangers is free of charge.. Not included in the price is the breakfast basket and other farm products.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday flats.

Payment and cancellation conditions

When making a booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount charged. The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid to confirm the booking (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The remaining amount ist to be paid on site or via bank transfer. Please note that cash payments up to 5.000 euro are possible at the farm. ATMs can be found in the city center of Sterzing.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code – nevertheless we grant you a right of withdrawal according to the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZGB:

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the deposit; in case of later cancellation, we will keep the deposit. In case of cancellation 7 days or more before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount is due for the entire booking period. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival your booked holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 4 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 10 am.
