You would like to book, but the desired period is less than the minimum length of stay? No problem! Get in touch with us and we can put together a customised holiday offer.
To secure your booking, we charge a deposit of 25% of the total price. You can pay this during the booking process by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid in cash on site or by bank transfer before departure.
Not included in the holiday price is the local tax (2.50 euros per person aged 14 and over per night) and the breakfast basket or consumed products. Local tax and any breakfast baskets enjoyed can be paid on departure.
During your time out with a view at the Schallerhof, you can also enjoy the benefits of the ActiveCard Sterzing! With this digital card, which is provided as a PDF before your arrival, you can use public transport and various extras free of charge or at a reduced price all year round. Want to start the day comfortably with our breakfast basket? You’re welcome! A breakfast basket costs 18 euro for two people and can include the following: home-baked sourdough bread, eggs, raw goat’s milk, (goat’s) butter, fruit spreads or honey, coffee (or tea, cocoa). Every day we alternate with a sweet or savoury addition. For example, one day there is bacon and cheese in the basket, the next day cake or goat’s milk yoghurt.
We are also happy to fulfil individual breakfast requests – just ask us before you arrive or directly on site. If you would like to start your day with our breakfast basket, please let me know two days before your arrival so that I can prepare the bread dough. But until then, we’ll definitely be in touch 😉
In our holiday apartment “Pförfis” you will spend your holiday on the farm in a spacious holiday appartment in studio design with a fully equipped kitchen (here you will find everything you expect from us), free wifi access, sleeping area with double bed (equipped with comfortable linen bed clothing) and with bathroom with natural stone floor, shower and WC (towels included). The highlight is the south-facing covered balcony with seating – panoramic view included!

When making a booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount charged. The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid to confirm the booking (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The remaining amount ist to be paid on site or via bank transfer. Please note that cash payments up to 5.000 euro are possible at the farm. ATMs can be found in the city center of Sterzing.
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code – nevertheless we grant you a right of withdrawal according to the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZGB:
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, we will refund the deposit; if you cancel the booking later, we will keep the deposit. Should you cancel the reservation 7 days or more before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount is due for the entire booking period. Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
